ETH Core AI collects the following personal information when you create an account or use the service:

• Name and email address (provided during registration)
• Password (stored as a one-way hash — we never store your plaintext password)
• Telegram username (optional, only if you enable Telegram alerts)
• Subscription and billing information (processed by Lemon Squeezy — we receive only subscription status and a subscriber ID, not your card details)
• Usage data such as login timestamps and feature access

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Operate and maintain your ETH Core AI account and subscription.
• Deliver trading signals, alerts, and AI-generated analysis to your dashboard.
• Send email or Telegram alerts you have opted into.
• Process payments and manage your subscription via Lemon Squeezy.
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Improve the product based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. ETH Core AI does not store your credit card number or payment instrument details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance governs payment data. We receive only your subscription status, plan type, and a customer reference ID.

4. Cookies & Analytics

ETH Core AI uses:

• Session cookies — to keep you logged in securely.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — to measure aggregate page traffic. GA4 does not receive your account email or personal identifiers. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

ETH Core AI integrates with the following services for operational purposes. No personally identifiable information is sent to these services:

• DeepSeek API — AI reasoning and assistant features.
• Coinalyze — derivatives and open interest market data.
• CryptoQuant — on-chain intelligence data.
• Public market data APIs — price, volume, and news feeds.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored on a private VPS server. We apply industry-standard security measures including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted server access. While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Withdraw consent to email or Telegram alerts at any time from your account settings.

8. Data Retention
